Since opening our doors in 1965, our mission has been to provide a friendly, locally owned banking experience that truly serves the people who call our communities home. We believe how we show up every day matters, and we hold ourselves to high standards of integrity, responsibility, and service.
That commitment comes to life through the many local organizations and programs we support each year. From Chambers of Commerce, community centers, livestock expos, and youth sports to school programs, senior centers, Project Graduation, Rotary Clubs, and first responder initiatives, we invest in the groups that make our hometowns stronger.
In addition to sponsorships and donations, our team is hands-on with community outreach programs like Teach Children to Save and Safe Banking for Seniors—helping people of all ages build financial confidence.
In 2024 alone, Progressive Ozark Bank contributed over $74,000 in donations and sponsorships across our footprint. Whether ringing bells for the Salvation Army, providing shirts and calendars to local schools, or providing gift baskets for civic club events, our employees continually show what it means to serve with heart.
