Ozark Bank began as a storefront mutual
Savings and Loan Association in 1965, with total
deposits of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars, and
two employees; we now are a closely held Bank Holding
Company with facilities in four communities, thirty-five
shareholders, sixty plus employees, and One Hundred
Million Dollars in Total Assets. We have grown from
offering two products home loans and passbook
savings accounts to a full line of banking, insurance
and investment products. Along with the traditional
product delivery options, the organization now offers
electronic delivery through ATMs, debit cards,
the internet, and telephone transactions.
